Laboratory Technician - Laboratory of Immunopathology

We are looking for highly motivated laboratory technician for the group of Prof. Cecilia Garlanda under the supervisor of Dr. Sebastien Jaillon.

Using a multitask approach, combining state-of-the-art technologies with the advantage of genetically engineered mice, models of primary carcinogenesis and investigation in human samples our research activity is focused on cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in innate immunity and inflammation and their role in health and disease (e.g. infections, cancer).



  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences is required, with emphasis in genetics, biology, molecular biology, or biochemistry.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in mouse handling.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative research team.


The Research technician is expected to contribute to scientific projects at all stages, ranging from experimental design to data interpretation.
