Hunimed - Digital Communication Specialist

The Digital Communication Specialist at Hunimed will be a key role in order to boost the growth of the Research Center worldwide: he will support the spread of scientific discoveries and studies across the scientific community and the talents attraction. 
This person will be responsible for updating and increasing the visibility and attractiveness of the research website, as well as creating and editorial plan, constantly working with our researchers and the communication/web team. 

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for driving growth and working across channels to build impactful marketing campaigns.

What you will do:
•    work on the growth of awareness and reputation of the Humanitas University Research Center, to support talents attraction as well as the research goals achieved among the scientific community across multiple channels (content, SEO, email, social media) 
•    email marketing
•    scouting of communication opportunities within the Research Center, contents editing and implementation of dissemination activities on all comms channels (web, social, press)
•    work with the content team in order to maximize the lifetime value of our users: segmentation, data analysis, content strategy
•    constantly develop best practices and test new initiatives and channels based on internal metrics and your own ideas
•    keep up with the latest digital trends
•    creating videos and graphic content as well as writing news related to the research activity
•    creation of an internal communication plan dedicated to researchers, according to the communication strategy
•    at least 4 years of experience in a corporate communication and web marketing role, preferably in the education or research sector
•    Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline
•    excellent proven experience of campaigns creation and optimization via Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Direct Email Marketing
•    experience with creation and management of social media channels, including developing of editorial plans and campaigns
•    excellent writing skills and management of a website, from a content and graphic point of view
•    excellent written and oral knowledge of English and Italian, other language skills are a plus
•    good knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking codes
•    managing a CRM platform
•    a passionate and organized self-starter, who always seeks to improve and automate workflows in order to increase performance
•    good analytical skills, out of the box thinking and time management skills
•    good interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with people at all levels
•    strong desire to learn along with professional drive, problem solving and yes can do attitude
