Humanitas University - Web Marketing Specialist

Humanitas University is an International Medical School in Milan built alongside the renowned Humanitas Research Hospital. We are looking for smart team members to help grow our international student community and strengthen our brand.

The Web Marketing Specialist at Hunimed will be a key role in order to boost our growth, while managing marketing activities in different countries.

This person will be responsible for planning, activating, analyzing and optimizing online campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Direct Email platforms to name a few.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for driving growth and working across channels to build impactful marketing campaigns.

What you will do

  • Work on the student recruiting programs across multiple channels (content, SEO, email, social media) to achieve the university goals (applicants, lead generation, qualitative traffic)
  • Work with the content team in order to maximize the lifetime value of our users: segmentation, data analysis, content strategy
  • Constantly develop best practices and test new initiatives and channels based on internal metrics and your own ideas
  • Keep up with the latest digital trends
  • Creating videos and graphic content as well as writing news related to the University

 

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a web marketing / e-commerce role, preferably in the education or consumer sector
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline
  • Excellent proven experience of campaigns creation and optimization via Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Direct Email Marketing
  • Experience with other digital advertising platforms is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral knowledge of English and Italian, other language skills are a plus
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking codes
  • Knowledge of a CRM platform
  • A passionate and organized self-starter, who always seeks to improve and automate workflows in order to increase performance
  • Good analytical skills, out of the box thinking and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive, problem solving and yes can do attitude
