E-commerce Specialist

Main responsibilities include coordinating the Hospitals digital patient services with main focus on eCommerce

Act as a coordinating and connecting role between operations, digital, web, IT, product, customer service and administration to ensure that insights , KPIs  and solutions are aligned amongst functions

Support and coordinate in local digital patient services, systems and communications

Plan, Create, Coordinate paid and organic ecommerce campaigns to grow digital health services and products. 

Monitor ecommerce analytics and setup KPIs 

Present models, findings and insights to team members involved to drive business decisions

This role demands excellent stakeholder and project management skills, as well as the ability to both plan and execute projects of varying time horizons and scope with minimal guidance

Mapping patient digital and physical touchpoints and identifying improvement opportunities

Track timing, milestones and budget of individual ecommerce projects

Creation and management of test plans for fixes or new functionality to be implemented.

Should be able to analyze data and metrics and work with the team to gather insights and make recommendations on tactics to improve patient access, experience and satisfaction and the use of the digital products

Take responsibility for populating content into existing templates as required

Create and maintain help documents, training and user manuals for tasks and tools

 

Qualifications

At least 3– 5 years of experience.

Confident, professional team player who must be able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Professional experience required in website management and maintenance or an online, digitally related field

Good technical understanding of the back office

Experience in the following digital marketing activities: ecommerce, Social Media, Marketing

Strong project management experience and skills required

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under timelines in a dynamic fast paced environment while maintaining communication and attention to detail

Data driven, analytical and forward thinking — You are passionate about solving difficult business problems and telling the story behind the number

Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to independently navigate areas of unfamiliarity
