Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Web & Social Media Junior Specialist to join our Web and Social Media Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our digital marketing strategies, increase brand awareness, and grow our international student community. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual with a flair for content creation and a passion for digital trends.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

As a member of the Web & Social Media Team, you will have the outstanding opportunity to:

• Assist in planning, developing, and implementing digital content to share across Hunimed’s social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging graphics and videos
• Manage the university's social media accounts, including posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Social media coverage of live events at university campus
• Track and analyse website and social media metrics to evaluate the performance
• Collaborate with professional journalists to produce web articles
• Develop your copywriting, editing and SEO-optimizing skills in Wordpress, while cooperating with other departments and interacting with students to populate the website
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and propose new ideas for campaigns

You’re the perfect candidate if you have:

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian, other language skills are a plus
• Passion for web and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch)
• Good copywriting skills and creative thinking
• Basic understanding of website building
• Good organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to details
• Problem-solving and can-do attitude
• Outgoing and independent with solid interpersonal skills

Additional requirements we are looking for:

• Video and Photo editing platforms knowledge
• Digital Analytics tools knowledge
• Passion for the education or healthcare sector is a bonus
