Job Title: Life Sciences Managerial Trainee

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual with a solid background in life sciences and hands-on experience in wet lab work to join our team in a managerial capacity. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience who is looking to leverage their scientific knowledge into a leadership role. You will have the opportunity to combine your technical skills with data analysis and extraction, while developing the strategic insight needed to succeed in a managerial context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Extraction: Apply your wet lab experience to extract, analyse, and interpret data with precision, contributing to key project decisions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, utilising your scientific background to communicate technical insights and guide project outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving procedures, data workflows, and project outcomes through innovative solutions.
• Managerial Development: Learn to manage projects while transitioning into a leadership role with strategic oversight.
• Cross-functional Communication: Act as a bridge between the scientific and managerial teams, helping to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a wet lab setting.
• Skills:
  • Strong background in scientific research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data extraction, processing, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software is a plus (e.g., Excel, R, Python).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion: A deep interest in exploring new opportunities in a managerial and strategic context while leveraging scientific expertise.
