Humanitas Research Hospital is a highly specialised research and university hospital. It is the first Italian hospital certified for its excellence by the Joint Commission International as Academic Hospital and it hosts a research center, as well as the residency programs and clinical training of Humanitas University, an international Medical School that stands out for its real-world simulation-based approach to medical training.

 

Humanitas Research is made possible every day by more than 500 passionate physicians, biologists, physicists, data scientists and technologists, that work in the hospital wards and across 10.000 square meters of high-tech laboratories at the Humanitas University campus. Position Overview

As a Junior Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Assistant to the Vice President in ensuring the efficient operation of Humanitas Research. You will coordinate projects, analyse data, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in this role.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis:
    • Collect, clean, and process data from various sources.
    • Create visualisations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of databases.
    • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations related to projects and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

 

  1. Project Coordination:
    • Be actively involved in the coordination of various projects.
    • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of key tasks.
    • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives, manage timelines, and coordinate messages between cross-functional teams to drive project success.

You’re the perfect candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Biomedical), or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
